The role supports the day-to-day operation of the Relocation team by assisting them to manage their corporate caseload.The successful individual must be a very organized person, can prioritize daily tasks, has excellent follow-up and thrives in a busy team environment.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative duties involved in the relocation
- Opening of files in our system as per the client requirements
- Creating letters to send to suppliers request services
- Maintaining accurate and current supplier data
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure that their reports are received within their set deadlines
- Obtain quotes from suppliers as needed
- Generating reports to ensure adherance to SLAs / KPIs for each client
- Entering data into our system to ensure client files are complete and up to date
- Reviewing paperwork for real estate transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing the invoices received against agreed fees/quotes/policy/to ensure accuracy for accounting, as well as generating invoices to go out to our suppliers / clients.
- Assisting with various duties as requested by relocation consultants or management team
Required qualifications:
- Strong written and oral English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced level knowledge of Excel for reporting purposes (use of formulas, sorting, mail merge, pivot tables)
- Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Detail Orientated
- Real Estate, Relocation or Property Management experience is preferred
- Administration experience and education is an asset
Preference Given to:
- Bilingual Applicants (French, although other languages may be beneficial),
- Real Estate Office experience
- Relocation, Property Management or Immigration experience / qualifications
Salary:
$38,000.00-$41,000.00 per year

Experience:
- real estate/relocation/property management: 1 year (preferred)
