As a customer relations advisor - group retirement savings, you ensure the highest level of client satisfaction in order to develop and maintain the best references on the market.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Maintain and develop business relationships with the small and medium business block of clients of the Group Retirement Savings unit- Promote solutions and service offerings in accordance with the business unit's objectives and strategies- Work with clients with complex and diversified needs that represent significant development potential for the business unit- Analyze client needs, propose, design and implement customized solutions to help clients achieve their objectives- Ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of an action plan for clients- Be the voice of clients within Desjardins- Represent Desjardins with your clients.

Specific responsibilities- Ensure the development, retention and satisfaction of members and clients as well as stakeholders.

Develop different strategies and tactics to ensure retention- Resolve issues with the help of internal teams, inform them of potential problems and make recommendations to improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Experience in pension industry including pension products and legislation

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.- Financial Security Advisor or Group Annuity license (requirement in Quebec)- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required.

Specific knowledge- Upper intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
