- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offers.
- Onboard and offboard employees, assist with performance management.
- Assists in the preparation of reports.
- Administers HR related programs
- Performs other duties as required
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- knowledge of federal legislation as it pertains to human resources
- Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred
- CPHR designation Is preferred
- Must have access to own vehicle as the site is not accessible by public transport
