We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of
Business Analyst to join our dynamic team to work at our client, one of the major banks.

Hybrid (once a week)

Responsibility:

Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
Prepares costbenefit and returnoninvestment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Supports one or more highly complex business processes
Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

1. 8+ years of technical experience as a Business Analyst
2. 8+ years of experience with Agile product delivery
3. 8+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira
4. 8+ years of experience in Wireframing and Prototyping
5. 8+ years of experience documenting and analyzing As-Is and To-Be business processes

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Previous exposure or experience within the Banking/Financial Industry

Soft Skills:

Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization
Strong decision making, forward thinking and creative problemsolving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with mínimal direction
Quick learner, ability to adapt to everchanging requirements and look at the bigger picture
