Reporting to the Application Services Manager, the Project Tools Administrator is responsible for the management of our Primavera P6 EPPM, MS Project, InEight Estimating/Documents, and other Primavera systems.

This position will be based remotely.


What You Will Be Working On- Maintaining and administering the Primavera database, P6 Team Members, and InEight Estimating/Documents modules.- Implementing and configuring Oracle Primavera to satisfy agreed upon business processes.- Working with the team to design a complete solution with the best set of Project Tools, integrations, and other third-party systems.- Creating and maintaining dashboards using created data models from P6 and InEight Data.- Coordinating with IT for software upgrades and licenses and functioning as liaison between IT and line-of-business new user set-up, database maintenance, and cost sheet administrative support.- Collaborating with management and stakeholders to evolve business reporting requirements and develop, implement and update reporting templates.- Assist with training of new users to the system.- Assist with projects as needed, including version updates, migrating data from legacy systems and ensuring data integrity.- Conducts report validation efforts to ensure data representation.- Regularly communicating status on progress, issues, and plans to leadership while adapting to changes in project plan and customer requirements.- Creating and supporting user documentation for project controls.

What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required- Minimum of 5+ years of applicable work experience required- Prior experience as administrator or similar position using Primavera P6 EPPM V19 or higher, Primavera Professional, P6 Team Member, and Primavera Analytics, MS Projects, InEight Estimating, HardDollar required- Demonstrated skill in advanced functions of PC-based database, spreadsheet software (Excel), and VBA Development required- Ability to manage a large volume of work and can consistently meet deadlines while ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups- Strong written and oral communication skills- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
