We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the company financial record keeping: recording financial transactions, uploading documents into our software program, reviewing different types of documents, and perform other job related duties as requested by the management.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Experienced AP accountant
Experienced with QuickBooks AP functions
Experienced with service industry
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
An ability to work quickly and accurately
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and tack
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer knowledge
