Your Role:

You will be responsible for picking CIVA batch components for each of the active cleanroom(s). Ensuring pharmacy equipment is operational and within compliance. Transporting various types of finished product and waste throughout facility. Collating and packaging finished products for shipment to customers across Canada. Collaborate with CIVA Production Specialists, Pharmacists and CIVA Quality team to ensure production workflow and compliance are met daily. In addition, you will assist and perform other duties as required.

We are currently looking to hire Four (4) Pharmacy Interns for Morning and Evening Shifts.

What you'll do:

Pick raw materials for cleanroom compounding. Perform inprocess checks to ensure 100% accuracy. Maintain communication with CIVA cleanrooms to ensure production flow is maintained at an optimal level.
Accurately locate, read, and record required device information to ensure compliance. Appropriately transfer various types of finished product throughout the facility. Ensure containment of batches and line clearance. Handle and transfer discarded items and usage of waste area.
Assembling boxes and packing finished products for dispatch. Manually load and transfer products between pharmacy areas.
Other duties as assigned

What you'll have:

1 year of postsecondary education completed in full
Pursuing Pharmacy assistant/technician diploma or Bachelor of Science
1 year experience in a team environment
Able to lift approximately 30 lbs. regularly throughout the day
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skill along with strong attention to detail and work ethic
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment
Able to stand for extended periods throughout the day
Strong computer skills
Must be able to follow and retain detailed standard operating procedures (SOP)
Excellent attendance and punctuality history
Must be able to show drive and a sense of urgency to achieving production deadlines

Nice to have:

Prior experience within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
