We are looking for a talented, energetic individual with a dedication to quality and attention to detail to join our growing team in Burnaby, B.C.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Order Management Specialist will be working directly with customers to provide quotes, accept customer orders, fulfill shipments and support the logistics team.

With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, the order management associate will ensure that customer orders are managed with a combination of speed, quality, and accuracy.

The order management specialist represents Algo as the face of the company to many customers and must be helpful,

Core Responsibilities

Liaise with customers on orderrelated questions including pricing, availability and delivery status.
Input orders to ERP system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Work closely with the logistics manager to prioritize orders based upon customer requirements and supply availability
Support logistics department with documentation and reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional organization and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills, specifically verbal and written communication skills
A relentless focus on attention to detail
Strong computer skills proficiency with MS Office suite and ERP systems (SAP) an asset
Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines
Excellent time management skills
