WHAT DOES AN ERP PROJECT MANAGER DO?


The IT Project Manager is responsible for project tracking for assigned modules and systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

You will ensure end users are trained and the ERP systems are functioning properly, allowing the business to run smoothly.


  • Ensure the integrity and security of information and access to support company reporting and internal control standards
  • Manage & maintain ERP reporting flows
  • Maintain & troubleshoot EDI data flows
  • Work on ERP projects such as platform installations, upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with mobile and cloud technologies, etc.
  • Partner with vendor regarding product roadmap, enhancement suggestions and support cases.
  • Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement
  • Continually enhance the ERP user experience across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's (4year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, or a similar field
years of experience in a similar role

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with cloudbased ERP systems
  • Led an ERP implementation
  • Ability to train users with a variety of skill levels
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: ERP, Project coordinator, project management, project manager_

Salary:
$110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
