Description

We are a fast-growing trucking company looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records, order information, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments, such as dispatch and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
  • Provide shipment tracking information and updates to customers as needed.
  • Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide pricing information and assist customers in selecting appropriate services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our company's services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other office tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of trucking industry regulations and procedures is a plus.

Salary:
$18.00-$29.33 per hour
