Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the growing Clean Energy team in a myriad of business activities including:


Facility:

Greet visitors, provide top-notch first impression and route to appropriate team members
Oversee office cleaning services or 3rd party contractors as needed
Arrange event logistics for onsite and remote events including meetings and interviews
Provide facility access to employees and visitors


Administration:
Manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities Support the team on diverse projects that keep the office thriving Receive incoming packages and mail; assist with outbound shipping as needed


Purchasing:

Stock and track inventory office, bathrooms from coffee creamer to pens to toilet paper
Serve as a purchase requisitioner to assist employees with formal purchase order requests


Occupational Health and Safety Committee:

Support the Occupational Health and Safety Committee


Minimal Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and 2+ years' work experience


Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years' experience in property management, office administration, human resources, or a similar setting
Experience in an early-stage high growth company
Good under pressure and troubleshooting or problem solving


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Event planning and management - takes pride in making events and the facility itself run smoothly
Diligent follow through - lets nothing slip between the cracks and conscientiously tracks details


Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds or 50 pounds assisted.

Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Occasional travel.
