- Assistance with administrative responsibilities such as team calendar and travel management, meeting/event coordination and participation, tracking departmental and project expenses, and recruitment support;
- Update and maintain the FAcT Joint Procedure Manual (JPM) via SharePoint;
- Coordinate program activities and track action items;
- Oversee training requirements within online training program;
- Oversee and maintain accurate, up to date and complete personnel records, including training and uniform requirements;
- Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in reviewing, updating and improving internal and external communications;
- Track and maintain a volume of documents in an organized way; and
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduation from a post-secondary program in administrative/business support, along with at least 5 years progressive experience in a project administrative or quality control role;
- Familiar with MS Office suite including MS Word and MS Excel, as well as MS SharePoint.
- MS Power Apps Experience/aptitude considered an asset;
- Experience working on a large-scale project;
- Familiarity with aerospace/ aviation industry;
- Experience of working with DND considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, manage competing priorities according to changing demands;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team; and
- Ability to develop support plan development.

The scope of the FAcT Program contract includes all training and in-service support requirements needed to prepare Pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSO), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Op) to meet the future aerospace requirements of the RCAF. In collaboration with the Government of Canada and several major Canadian subcontractors, SkyAlyne will provide live-flying, simulator and classroom-based training, facilities construction and management, information management and information technology support, site support services, aircraft maintenance and much more.
