    Description

    PAL Technical Services, a division of PAL Aerospace, is a leader in full-service aircraft maintenance from modifying a wide range of aircraft, to line maintenance, and maintenance, repair and overhaul services. We provide a wide range of aviation and related services to domestic and international markets. PAL Technical Services manages all aircraft maintenance activities within the PAL Group of Companies. We offer dynamic and diverse career opportunities at our Canadian and international bases.

    Our Operations:


    1. PAL Airlines Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Eastern Canada's largest regional carrier.
    2. Air Borealis Flight Line: Daily line maintenance support for Labrador and Quebec Lower North Shore.
    Our Flight Line Maintenance involves all maintenance checks and repairs carried out in the flight line, i.e. between flights or overnights. The work done by our Flight Line team includes layover checks up to A-checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes, and propeller replacements.

    Our Bases are located in the following areas:


    1. St John's, NL
    2. Halifax, NS
    3. Montreal, QC
    4. Goose Bay, NL (Air Borealis)

    Qualifications & Skills:


    1. Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
    2. Preferred: M1/M2, or E license or equivalent rating.
    3. Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset;
    4. Experience on the following aircraft is preferred: Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400
    5. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
    6. Troubleshooting skills;
    7. Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills; and
    8. Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations.
