Description

Assist the Operators with the preparation of orders for the shift to minimize the amount of non-productive time and production scrap.

Assist the Operators with the running of the laminating machine with emphasis placed on the manual aspects associated with the operation of the machine.

Assist with both the simple and regular routine maintenance on the machines.

Operate the laminators for short periods in order to facilitate absenteeism and coffee and lunch breaks.

Operate forklift equipment.

Promote teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the department and Company. Interact with all levels of the operation in support of Winpak's TQI program.

Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner compliant with ISO 9001 and SQF 2000 standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
