Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a
Proposal Coordinator in our
Vancouver office.

We are seeking a strategic thinker and highly organized professional to make a significant impact on the Transportation Engineering Division's success by promoting our work with clients, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing our market presence.

You will also play a pivotal role in initiating and managing the proposal delivery process. This will include reviewing client requirements to strategically create timelines, assignments, and schedules for pursuit kick-offs.

Operating with mínimal direction, you will be responsible for completing proposal materials in a professional style, while also evaluating narrative relevance, comprehension, and applicability.

The role also involves precise proofreading, editing, and rewording of text to ensure high-quality, compliant, and accurate submissions are delivered on time.


The role will also include assisting in the coordination of project sheets to ensure seamless integration into the broader proposal process.

This role will also support the creation of marketing content for the transportation division on various social media platforms.


Job Requirements:


What you will bring:

  • Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited postsecondary education institution
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience providing project or proposal management support.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including project managers, engineers, and marketing teams, and effectively communicate marketing strategies and business development updates.
  • Reliable and able to maintain confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed team player
  • Experience with proposal and technical report preparation. Excellent writing skills (including editing, grammar, style, spelling punctuation), editing, and proofreading skills for accuracy, quality, and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience working in an engineering environment, or a technical background, will be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of scheduling software, such as MS Project, and Sharepoint is an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with PMI is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $54,080.00 to $72,800.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
