Position

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, monitor, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and schedule activities on all social media platforms, crafting engaging and relevant content to enhance our brand's online presence.
  • Stay current with trends related to the Fintech industry, identifying opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing tactics, strategies, and communications that resonate with our target audience.
  • Research, write/edit, and create new posts for social media accounts, demonstrating creativity and a deep understanding of our industry.
  • Conduct realtime monitoring on social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media activities and engagement levels, while also exporting and analyzing Google Analytics reports and metrics.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs across a range of media platforms.
  • Design and implement marketing programs using various media to support organizational goals, with a strong focus on valuedriven ROI.

SEO:


  • Develop and execute effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility.
  • Optimize website content and onpage elements to boost search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain optimal performance.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, presenting insights and actionable recommendations to continually improve our SEO efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
