    About the Role:
    We are seeking a dynamic ITSM Manager to lead our client's service management team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the process leadership in incident management and change management on a global scale.

    The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately ten professionals, ensuring rapid response solutions for both internal operations and digital products.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    At least 5 years of managerial experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management (ITOM).Proven expertise in implementing and leading ITIL-based processes and transformations.

    Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
    Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms.

    Proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to drive adoption of best practices in ITSM.130,000 - $170,000 plus performance-based bonus.

    Hybrid work model with occasional international travel.
