Bond Reproductions is a commercial printer in East Vancouver. We service clients all over the lower mainland.
Position Description Summary
You will be a member of the accounting team but no accounting knowledge is required. The individual will be responsible for all of the companies' billing. As well as taking payments and enter some supplier invoices.
The primary duty is to create the correct invoice in the accounting software, based on the information provided in the estimation software.
The job is repetitive and requires attention to detail. You will be given autonomy to complete your job and will be trusted to do it correctly. If you enjoy routine, this will be a good fit.The workplace is a positive, team based environment. It's friendly and constructive where we work together to accomplish our goals. You will be provided hands on training and work in a small, supportive, team.
Principal Accountabilities

This is not a remote job, you are in the office everyday
:
- Create accurate invoices in simply accounting
- Enter supplier invoices in simply accounting
- Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Interface with colleagues, customers and management
- Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve quickly
- Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers
- Greet customers and answer questions over the phone
Knowledge and Skills

Detail orientated is the most important aspect of this position:
- MS Office skills required
- Must be accurate and consistent when processing documentation
- Team player
- Communicates ideas clearly and concisely
- Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and selfdriven
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Business English required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$60,000.00 per year
