Parts Representative that is ready to significantly impact the business by promoting and selling the full line of Vermeer Canada parts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate a positive customer experience by handling all parts inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Ensure parts facilities and displays are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Manage the parts purchase order process, ensuring proper documentation and followup on promised delivery dates.
  • Ensure all manuals and parts guides are up to date, acting as a liaison with the factory.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

POSITION SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Ambitious and goal oriented, with interpersonal skills needed to meet sales objectives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Prior general sales experience, preferably in parts distribution
