Key Responsibility
Lessee Purchase Documentation Collection
Evaluate submitted purchase documentation for policy compliance and required format.
- Review customer purchase orders and supporting documentation to determine if all requirements are met per transaction.
- Work with legal team to ensure collected documentation meets requirements
Assist with the education of procedures for Dealers and Dealership facing Volkswagen Credit Team Members.
- Communicate guidelines and policies related to consumer contract entitlements.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders
Assist with the education of procedures for Dealers and Dealership facing Volkswagen Credit Team Members.
- Analyze processes and recommend improvements as required.
- Maintain a maximum of 48hour response time for all inquiries.
- Stay up to date of policy revisions and compliance updates.
- Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous work experience with an automotive finance company or prior automotive retail experience
