Tour Operations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST Speak Chinese and English.
Proficiency on Microsoft Office excel & words.
Arranging & Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, transportations and activities etc.
Preparing daily tour assignments including tour group manifests, attractions reservation, vehicle allocations, itinerary changes, Driver order, hotel allocations, and specific guest requirements.
Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates.
Bookings, database management and entry, invoicing, guest details.
Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
Updating clients during the trip regarding any changes in schedules or itineraries
Managing the group's schedule, including booking appointments with local merchants or businesses.
Communicating with clients and providing them with information about travel plans and activities
Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
Providing information about hotels, restaurants, entertainment options, and other travelrelated topics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Exceptional customer service skills

Previous experience as a Travel Agent is an asset

Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good problem solving ability, attentive to detail

Detail-oriented

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
