Overview:

Responsibilities:

Proofreading Value Reports before they are presented to our Franchisees and Clients.
Thoroughly review all written content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors.
Mark up obvious errors and ensure that all pages adhere to company guidelines.
Collaborate with Expense Analysts, and other stakeholders to address any discrepancies or issues identified during the proofreading process.
Ensure consistency of execution and content across multiple ongoing projects.
Develop a catalogue of common usage to build into production guidelines.

Education & Qualifications:

Postsecondary degree or diploma in an English or related program, or equivalent experience.
Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Proven experience as a proofreader or copy editor.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors quickly and accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Superior timemanagement skills with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to see projects through to the end and take full accountability for the quality of the final deliverables.
