- Oversee day-to-day operations of McKinley Beach community amenities.
- Manage a small team of support staff and coordinate their activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and address their concerns and needs.
- Ensure adherence to community regulations and bylaws.
- Organize and lead community meetings and events.
- Maintain precise records and generate reports on community operations and finances.
- Develop and execute community enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Handle conflict resolution and enforce community policies.
- Monitor and oversee the community budget.
- 5-10 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a small team.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A high level of financial literacy; competent and confident in creating, monitoring, and executing budgets.
- Proficient in utilizing property management software and the MS Office Suite.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary under exceptional circumstances.
- Receive training in Interior Health Association public pool standards and certification to maintain the community pool and hot tub.
