Warehouse/Counter Associate located in our
Charlottetown branch.

The
Warehouse/Counter Associate is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products.

He/she is also responsible for providing product knowledge to customers and expediting orders quickly and effectively via the counter.

Responsibilities:

Directly service the customer via counter sales and answering phone calls.
Process and prepare orders and inquiries.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives.
Put away counter and warehouse stock as well as providing help & support for our warehouse with picking orders, shipping and receiving.
Maintain the showroom, counter shelves and displays.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
Electrical Technology Diploma or appropriate electrical distribution industry experience preferred
The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Good organizational skills
Computer literacy is an asset
