- Assist with the weekly processing of time sheets and productivity reports
- Assist team with the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Assist estimators in the preparation of proposal documents while adhering to tendering procedures.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks for both the office and the field crew.
- Assist with/perform requisition of purchase orders, invoicing, insurance certificates and local authority requirements.
- Assist in the preparation & management of related documentation – schedules, project close-out, quality control, drawings, layouts, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders including Black & McDonald team members, clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Assist Project Manager with weekly report updates on progress, labour productivity, work outcomes, budget, cost, and forecast.
- Track progress against project plans and specific team targets
