Please note that the school is located in Brampton, Ontario and you will be working from this location and office.
As the Director of Admissions, you would be expected to perform the following:

Lead generation and lead conversion of prospective students interested in diploma programs (and certificates) being offered by the College
Meeting monthly or annual enrolment targets
Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries
Interviewing and counselling prospective students and converting prospective students into enrollments
Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end
Followup on existing leads provided by school in a team or independently
Assisting in recruitment strategy and implementation for various programs
Manage the social media inquiries, including creating and responding to posts, comments
Regularly update and maintain student files and records
Manage student fee payment and receipts as required
Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required
Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director

Base salary + commission + benefits; negotiable based on experience and performance in the role.

From $3,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Mandatory vaccination policy is in place as per the OCMOH and governing Ministries. Regular screening, PPE and disinfection protocols are followed.
