This is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive individual to join our growing finance team as a
Temporary
Accounts Payable Specialist.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments in various currencies.
Process employee expense reports and corporate credit cards.
Analyze and reconcile Vendor monthly account statements.
Ensure proper controls regarding purchase order creation and invoice workflow approvals.
General Finance and Administration support for other team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or other related field of study
2 to 3 years of accounts payable and general accounting experience
Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word
High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to successfully resolve issues and obstacles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Commitment to month end deadlines and schedules
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to handle change in a rapidly growing, dynamic company environment.
Ability to think clearly in stressful situations while maintaining a calm demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with mutual respect, courtesy, and support
Experience with Explorer Eclipse ERP software is an asset
