We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated individual to join our quality improvement team. Working under the guidance of Angie Andreoli (Safety and Quality Lead) and Dr.
Meiqi Guo (Physiatrist and Brain Rehabilitation Program Medical Director), the Clinical Research Analyst will review perform chart abstraction of medical records to assist with a quality improvement project.
This is a short-term, 3 month position.Duties- Chart abstraction of medical records to identify abnormal bloodwork, vital signs, and change in clinical status that could have led to falls using a pre-defined data collection tool as per the project protocol and authorized access
- Data collection as per UHN policy and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Executing projectrelated administrative tasks such as data entry, data cleaning
Qualifications- Mandatory Education: Bachelors degree in a health or science-related field or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years clinical and/or professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of prior chart abstraction experience
- Prior medical experiences from international countries, attention to detail and strong clinical reasoning skills are assets
