    Description

    What We're Seeking

    We are in search of a lead backend engineer to work closely with our CTO. You will take charge of the overall technical design of our backend system for our web, iOS, and Unity applications.

    • Passionate about our product and mission
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Experienced in constructing scalable systems
    • Enthusiastic about collaborating with multiple teams

    If you come aboard, you will take the reins as our lead backend engineer and actively contribute to:

    • Shaping our future company culture
    • Defining the design & architecture of our entire backend
    • Influencing our hiring decisions
    • Enhancing our product development processes

    Requirements

    Your Responsibilities

    • Designing, implementing, and managing scalable systems that support various features
    • Developing documentation for system design and APIs
    • Engaging with Cross-functional Teams

    Skills & Experience

    • Highly skilled in backend development
    • Over 4 years of relevant design experience in a technology-driven, product-focused company
    • Proficient in Django (DRF), Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS Nice to have:
      • Experience working on web and mobile products
      • Background in building multiplayer backend systems (we utilize Mirror Networking in our Unity game)
