What Makes You Tick?
- Previous SaaS industry experience in a B2B customer facing role (project management or administrative capacity in the construction industry would be an asset but not required)
- Proven track record of driving high adoption through successfully onboarding, training and ongoing customer enablement
- A master communicator (both verbal and written) with colleagues, leadership and customers alike
- Highly organized, selfmotivated and proactive in problemsolving
- A techsavvy agent for change and transformation
- Solid understanding of SQL database structure and experience in managing data integration and customization within a software platform
- General knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) integration using OAuth2 client configuration
What You'll Be Doing
- Take ownership of a portfolio of SALUS customers in partnership with the CSM team and work proactively to onboard, train and drive adoption
- Oversee technical set up of customer platforms including form digitization, review and optimization
- Conduct and help scale multiple levels of SALUS customer training sessions with all end users including administrative users as well as field level users
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique reporting requirements and work closely with data engineers to build custom reporting solutions within the SALUS platform
- Become a product expert, excelling in ways to navigate and help architect custom setups or iterations
- Collaborate across the organization to facilitate the evolution of internal best practices, product features and Sales & Marketing efforts
- Occasional travel may be required
