Job summary

The Bilingual Representative will provide timely accurate quality client service to lawyers/paralegal licensees and the general public as well as to internal departments and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Licence Inquiry Provides information to licensees regarding a full range of practice topics responds to service inquiries in an accurate timely manner initiates service requests forwards callers accesses various databases resources within Contact Centre CSC elsewhere.
  • Complaints Provides information related processes procedures individuals explaining complaints process determining which Professional Regulation staff have carriage routing calls appropriately providing information resources both internal external.
  • Reception Acts first point contact general resource variety callers contacting Law Society Providing Information assistance regarding functions activities forwarding callers appropriate area.
