Jonathan Bauer_ _(Le Royal Monceau, Le Spring Paris, Best Sommelier of France 2014) _are offering a dining experience where dishes and beverages are fine dining, in a casual environment.
We are looking for a food runner / server assistant
with 3+ years of experience in fine dining, and knowledge of wines and French culinary culture a plus.
The position is initially for the summer (until September 2023) and a permanent position to be discussed at the end of the season according to performance.
