- Assurer le leadership pour les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
- Gérer les programmes GRTW et la gestion des réclamations.
- Volonté d'apprendre d'autres processus ou programmes nécessaires pour remplir ce rôle
- Études : Baccalauréat ou diplôme d'études collégiales et/ou expérience de travail pertinente
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- 5 ans d'expérience en supervision de première ligne dans la production, la fabrication, la logistique ou le service à la clientèle.

- Les POIC font l'expérience d'un atout.

- Direct plant operations within CHEP SHE safety guidelines for all internal, external customers and contractors.
- Local Safety Champion and Co Chair of the JHSC
- Collect, validate & record key plant output information.
- Provide leadership for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage GRTW programs and Claims Management.
- Willingness to learn other processes or programs required to perform this role
- Education: Bachelor Degree or College Diploma and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience:
- 5 years of front line supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, logistics or customer service.
- Experience with formal safety programs, required
- CHEP experience an asset.
