Responsibilities

As a member of the customer service team, the Customer Service Representative brings expertise by:

Taking orders for all our divisions;

Providing outstanding customer service in addition to playing an advisory role to customers;

Following up with customers/sellers on order reception and invoicing;

Being solutions-oriented to contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence;

Establishing pricing for certain products;

Suggesting substitute products to satisfy the customer.

To perform, you need to :

To perform well, you must:

Be a quick learner who is sharp-minded and adaptable;

Be motivated by a large quantity of orders and able to work quickly;

Be a team player who thrives on challenges - because together, we're stronger

Be able to communicate well in English AND French (advanced level);

Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service;

Be comfortable working with computers.
