Job summary
The incumbent coordinates, organizes and maintains the Flex Labs within the Nursing and Wellness Wing.
- Facilitating student practice and reinforcing applied pre-learned principles / theory related to nursing skills, procedures and client assessment by organizing and scheduling student learning activities, practice sessions and skill practice demonstrations complete with scenarios, low- high fidelity simulators, equipment, supplies etc.
- Collaborating with faculty to formulate a plan of action, and provide individual coaching to students struggling to demonstrate skill competency
- Maintaining accurate student records
