The Non-Insured Benefits Branch, a branch of the Department of Health, is responsible for managing and administering drug programs for eligible Manitobans and develops policies related to drug management and utilization.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Pharmacy Technician certificate/diploma or minimum of two years recent experience working in retail Pharmacy Technician role.
- Experience performing basic clerical duties like data entry, maintaining records and statistics, and reviewing and verifying information for accuracy.
- Experience handling sensitive materials in a confidential and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Manitoba drug formularies and the Drug Program Information Network (DPIN) systems.
- Knowledge of the Prescription Drugs Cost Assistance Act.
