Shermco Canada is hiring a Learning & Development Coordinator

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Shermco Industries, the largest independent electrical testing company in North America, is committed to a culture of continual learning.

This position is full-time working in Shermco's Corporate Academy to help with training program layout, design, research, delivery, and technical writing.

This position will work remotely.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

Create Content and templates in PowerPoint utilizing master slides, layouts, triggers, etc.
Create content utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud and Captivate suites.
Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts within various Shermco departments to obtain training scripts and storyboard training content for course creation.
Deliver / present information to learners, supervisors, or managers to aid in the overall development and advancement of the workforce.
Collect, analyze, and act on feedback provided by the workforce.
Other duties as assigned by the Division Director.

Minimum Qualifications:
to qualify for consideration, you must meet each of the following minimum qualifications and requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma; associate or bachelor's degree desired.
23 year of related experience successfully performing similar responsibilities.
Knowledge of graphics editing and media design.
Proficiency with Adobe, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess strong writing and verbal skills, including ability to prepare copy for a variety of course descriptions.
Must have an outgoing personality and ability to communicate with a variety of people within the organization.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
