Position Summary:

***The Project Governance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring site projects are defined, planned, and executed in a manner consistent with the site governance model. This position works with engineering, maintenance, operation, and finance departments to ensure critical project information is captured and shared to the key stake holders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Working with the project managers to gather and enter project data.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with managing the database containing all of project files and reports.

Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong organizational skills, coupled with ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience with project process management.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint.

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of three (2) years in an administrative/planning/project management role.
  • Preference given to those with experience in material bulk loading/unloading or similar operation.
