    Description

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Our expanding Digital Marketing team is dedicated to creating top-notch advertising campaigns for our clients. Are you skilled in managing various ad campaigns such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Paid Social, and YouTube ads? We are on the lookout for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist who can align tactics with strategies to meet client objectives.

    The ideal candidate should be analytical and have hands-on experience in developing and overseeing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360 / The Trade Desk. It is essential for this individual to continuously explore new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.

    Full-time remote positions are available nationwide (restricted to Canada, must be willing to work flexible Eastern-Standard Time Zone hours).

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Development and management of Digital Advertising campaigns
    • Optimization, reporting, and ongoing management of campaigns
    • Creation and optimization of PPC campaigns across various platforms
    • Monitoring and ensuring success of campaigns and strategies
    • Accountable for content marketing initiatives and strategy implementation
    • Collaboration with client team members to ensure ROI
    • Campaign reporting and performance tracking
    • Collaboration with creative team on ad recommendations
    • Ownership of campaign performance

    Industry & Thought Leadership

    • Staying updated on digital marketing trends
    • Conducting research and reporting on target audience analysis, competitive analysis, and more

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum 3 years of paid ad experience
    • Deep knowledge of various advertising platforms
    • Experience with Meta Business Manager and other social platforms
    • Understanding of digital marketing best practices
    • Strong analytics capability and storytelling skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
    • Google Ads certifications
    • Meta Blueprint certification (optional)
