WHAT WE OFFER

OBJECTIVES

RESPONSIBILITIES- Monitor accounts payable inbox, appropriately filing correspondence- Accurately code and enter accounts payable invoices- Obtain appropriate approvals for invoices in line with established approval matrix- Print cheques, obtain signatures, and send to vendors- Preparation of supplier account reconciliations- Assist in reconciliations of expense reports and corporate card reconciliations- Assist in reconciling payable related accounts- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures- Prepare monthly internal financial reports as requested- Other duties as may be assigned

Diploma or Degree in accounting or business field with experience in an office setting preferred
General knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting
Experience with Netsuite an asset
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
Team orientated with open communication style and demonstrated ability to show initiative
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and successfully manage priorities in a fastpaced environment
Effective written and communication skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
