Job Requirements:
You will play a key role at our remote mineral exploration camp by assisting the Primary Camp Cook with food preparation, cleaning and catering services.
Cook's Assistant Responsibilities:
- Help prepare daily meals for camp of approximately 15 personnel.
- Daily cleaning of common areas including the kitchen, dining and shower facilities.
- Help receive and organize food orders.
- Ensure good housekeeping in the work area at all times.
- Follow Food Safe procedures help maintain a safe workplace.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience working as a Cook's Assistant is preferred although training can be provided
- A quick learner with a teamoriented approach to work
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work long shifts.
Salary:
Based on experience.
Anticipated Start Date:
Immediately.
Anticipated End Date:
September 1st, 2023
