Human Resources Clerk Position for New Graduates"


Are you a recent graduate with a passion for human resources and a desire to kickstart your career in a dynamic organization? Look no further We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a New Graduate Human Resources Clerk.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR while contributing to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, mail distribution, creating job postings, drafting memos, and maintaining employee files in compliance with records management practices.

Employee Resources: Ensure that the Employee Resources Room contains up-to-date and relevant information accessible to all employees.

Long Service Recognition: Assist in organizing and executing the annual Long Service recognition program as required.

Procurement and Supplies: Place orders with vendors like Grand and Toy and verify the receipt of ordered items. Maintain office supplies while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR Representative, Talent Management, to arrange job advertisements, retrieve resumes from databases, and facilitate criminal reference checks.

Employee Verification: Prepare written HR employment verification correspondence for employees and third parties upon request.

License and Registration: Oversee the annual employee license/registration process as per company policy, providing updates to senior HR and nursing staff.

Kronos System: Register new staff into the Kronos system to facilitate efficient workforce management.

Administrative Support: Step in to provide administrative assistance when the Human Resources Assistant is unavailable.

Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR department.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
