Located in
Ottawa, Ontario and reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and operations of Canada ICI's IT environment.

Based on the Microsoft technology stack, the incumbent will be managing resources based on Azure and Office 365 platforms, supporting team members across the country, and maintaining all company-owned hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

Set up, deploy, and maintain devices and user accounts using Windows AutoPilot, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Endpoint
Diagnose, troubleshoot issues and train others with Microsoft Office 365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote), Cloudbased solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint), Windows 10/11, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Hardware including (but not limited to) computers, peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS and Android), and basic Networking issues
Regular report generation
Work in a team environment, inoffice and remotely, including monthly travel to our offices in Eastern Canada (23 days per month) for inperson support and maintenance

Qualifications:

Minimum 2year diploma in IT support or equivalent experience will be considered with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/1
Practical experience supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving Windows, Hardware, Software, and basic networking issues.
Knowledge of iOS, Android operating systems, PowerShell and Adobe Acrobat is an asset
Excellent communication skills combined with an enthusiastic, serviceoriented demeanour whether inperson, on the phone, or in written communication.
Must be organized, reliable, selfmotivated, teamoriented, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
