Day in the Life
As a Truck Driver, you will become intimately acquainted with the roads, being responsible for transporting valuable cargo, driving various trucks, loading/unloading materials, and operating tack trucks for paving tasks. Effective communication skills will also play a crucial role as you interact with clients, customers, and dispatch personnel.
During non-driving hours, you will conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and perform equipment upkeep while prioritizing safety above all else. Keeping detailed timesheets and logbooks in an organized manner will also be essential. Embrace the sunny weather and picturesque views of Northern Ontario while operating cutting-edge equipment throughout the region.
