- You have minimum 510 years of work experience in a highvolume Retail environment or Distribution Center (warehouse experience is a strong asset but not
- You are totally cool with working in a physically demanding, fastpaced, environment and can quickly take initiative and ownership of unexpected situations.
- You have in depth knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations, as well as the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture.
- You are computer savvy and generally comfortable with technology (and can easily learn new software and systems).
- Ensure that we have a wellmaintained safe site for all visitors, customers and coworkers in compliance with the building standards, legislation and IKEA Group
- Take care of our facilities and assets; maintaining them to the highest standard making sure that the site is "In Shape as New" every day, by prioritizing asset
- Organize and manage all building related maintenance activities ensuring that our sustainability commitment, Health & Safety processes are followed and
- Secure that the infrastructure of the store Unit, the technical equipment including Material Handling Equipment, conveyors and all other technical components
