HomeWater is a water filtration company focused on providing superior quality products to consumers while minimizing environmental impact.

We belong to the Just Energy group of customers and currently operate in Canada and the United States to provide service to residential customers.

Your Opportunity

The role with HomeWater involves visiting the homes of customers in Ontario to explain HomeWater's change in our billing process and informing customers of the incentives for changing their payment information, this position will report to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities

Work with designated HomeWater team members to identify customers who are currently being billed via a third party on behalf of HomeWater.
Explain the reason for the change in billing and the process for changing the payment method.
Provide qualified customers with information related to offers and opportunities that they may be eligible for.
Provide account information to Customer Service for follow up.
This role will also require some travel outside of the Greater Toronto Area.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with customers of different ages and backgrounds.
Excellent soft skills.
Meet reasonable targets for the number of customers who successfully change to HomeWater's new billing process.
Professional appearance
Some sales experience an asset.
Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
Must be available to travel throughout southern Ontario and be away from home for periods up to one week.
