    We're looking for an Intermediate Endpoint Management Specialist to join our BDO Canada IT team and take part in the following responsibilities:

    Manage and maintain Intune Mobile policies and Device Compliance
    Participate in management of Windows and MacOS devices in an enterprise environment
    Using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and other software and systems.
    Knowledge of MEM/SCCM collections, packages, applications, drivers, task sequences and images, boot media creation
    Participate in and develop OSD, including configuration, customization of task sequences, images and boot media creation
    Troubleshooting MEM deployment failures, task sequence problems, errors on Windows and MEM component errors
    Knowledge writing and troubleshooting PowerShell and VBScript scripts
    Windows Administration and support of Windows operating systems issues, applications, compatibility issues, debugging system crashes
    Work collaboratively with the Information Security team to secure and harden endpoints while ensuring end user experience is maintained
    Participate in maintenance of Virtual Apps and Desktop infrastructure (AVD) in a hybrid environment
    Respond to and resolve level 3 support requests as well as change and service requests via ServiceNow
    Use your oral and written communication skills, as well as technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability daily to support BDO internal users as well as participate in projects and initiatives
    Ability to work flexible hours when required

    You have a College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, or completion of at least 2 years of post-secondary education
    ~Proficiency in building, managing, and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
    ~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Group Policies, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configmgr), Intune, WSUS, Orchestrator, MacOS, iOS
    ~ Work experience deploying and administering compute resources in Azure
    ~ Advanced working knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Citrix, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V Server, Virtual Networking, SharePoint, SQL Server, SQL queries and SSRS, TCP/IP networking protocols
    ~ Fluent in creating and writing powershell scripting of multi-line complex tasks.
    ~ Experience with conducting Root Cause Analysis on major incidents, change and problem management procedures
    ~ Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying technical abilities
    ~ Experience in developing and delivering training content
    ~ Experience with the following will be considered an asset : Adaptiva OneSite, ServiceNow, CyberArk EPM, BeyondTrust Priviledge Management, Applocker
    ~ Industry certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dev Ops and Office 365 certifications is a preferred
