Shift: Midnights continental
Overview of the Role
It will be the responsibility of the Attendant, Production II Personnel to help on all positions of Cheese Production/Packaging to cover for vacations, sick time and breaks. Following all policies and procedures when it comes to Health and safety and food safety. Communicating with the Lead hand/ Supervisor if any issues or concerns.
How you will make contributions that matter:
Make brine and take charge of the bulking feta process-
Helping get the packaging ready to come off the line and brining-
Skidding and paperwork for the bulk and crumble WIP SKUs-
Being able to clean and fill the mass Brine Tank
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
Troubleshooting and record keeping with the ability to adapt to changing environments quickly and easily-
Sound communication and interpersonal skills: demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.-
Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to function independently and as part of a team.-
Strong ability to work in fast paced environment
