Family Enterprise Canada is looking for a Manager, Peer Programs to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is both
procedural and
relational - can build and manage world class peer programs while also delighting community members through strong interpersonal and communication skills.


This person is both creative and a strong facilitator of meaningful experiences for our peer community to connect, learn, and grow together.

This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and managing delivery and execution of a portfolio of peer programs for our community.

Requirements:


  • Experience developing and managing peer to peer learning programs and/or experience in developing and managing adult education programs.
  • Education/training in adult education or peer programs.
  • Experience working with a memberbased nonprofit organization.
  • Ability to speak and/or write fluently in French would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing the National Peer Programs strategy, plan and budget.
  • Ongoing program evaluation and research to understand participant needs and develop/implement program enhancements.
  • Development of program collateral, training tools and resources.
  • Regular communication and engagement of Peer Group participants.
  • Developing, training and coordinating access to a pool of professional facilitators.
  • Ongoing development and dissemination of group presentation ideas, content and curriculum to enhance the Peer Group experience.
  • Raising awareness of the Peer Group program.
  • Oversight of Peer Group program logistics/delivery
