Description

Job duty:

  • Manage operation to drive delivery performance and meet weekly operation needs.
  • Manage and collaborate with design team and process engineers to ensure production process execution is working as expected.
  • Identify improvement initiatives to increase assembling team efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and drive inventory reduction plans to reduce carrying cost.
  • Ensure production record data (manpower log, production record, etc.) integrity to reflect day by day operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all production workplace requirements and ethical standards.
Skills and Experience

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing management
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal written and oral skills in daily relations and reporting/status.
  • Maintain complete and effective lines of communication with staff and management.
  • Management experience with ability to mentor, coach and inspire teams.
